Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

The following are the conditions when exchange, return or refunds can be expected by EZ Candy

  1. If the product is different from what was advertised, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. If the customer likes to cancel the order before delivery, they can contact us through email (ezcandy2025@gmail.com) or Call & Whatsapp at +971542240387 
  3. Damaged or unsealed food products by the customer will not be accepted for exchange, return, or refund unless it was received in the given condition at the time of delivery.
  4. The products need to be in the original condition to be eligible for exchange.
  5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh seafood, fresh meat, fresh fruits & vegetables cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products as well as healthcare products.
  6. Products can only be exchanged, returned or refunded within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  7. Returns will be scheduled for pick up, reviewed for approval, and processed within one week.
  8. Customer can cancel their order directly from My Orders within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Order cancellation later than 24 hours can be processed by contacting the customer support team. 
  9. Customers cannot cancel orders on the scheduled delivery day. Cancellations cannot be processed in less than 24 hours from the date of delivery.10
  10. Customers who paid using Cash on Delivery or Debit/Credit Card on Delivery will be refunded through store credit only.
  11. Online refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed, depending upon the processing time of the banks.
